I'm Ilana Sprongl, and through HelpText Consulting, I offer tailored training and one-on-one coaching to help professionals strengthen how work is planned, delivered, and led. My work spans project and product delivery, team effectiveness, and the leadership practices that support sustainable results.


I begin by understanding your context—how work actually gets done today, where friction shows up, and what’s getting in the way. That may include structured assessments, direct observation, or facilitated conversations, depending on what meets your needs.


From team training to individual coaching, I work with professionals and leaders at all levels—from individual contributors to senior executives. I focus on practical application, working alongside you to address real challenges, improve systems and ways of working, and strengthen how decisions are made and carry forward.

I design and deliver training and coaching that help teams and leaders improve how work is planned, coordinated, and delivered in software and project environments. This includes strengthening shared understanding across roles, clarifying responsibilities, and improving how decisions are made and carried forward in complex delivery contexts. The emphasis is always on practical application, not abstract theory.


Before recommending any training or coaching, I take time to understand your organization’s specific needs. That includes assessing how work is currently planned and delivered, where friction appears, and what constraints shape behaviour. Based on that assessment, I tailor training, coaching, or embedded support—focused on building delivery capability that teams can use immediately and sustain over time.
